How long does the delivery take?

FREE delivery is available to customers within 35km of Melbourne CBD.
Flat Rate National Delivery
Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Longer for WA/NT.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, community and team. In an effort to provide a contactless service while continuing to follow our responsible service of alcohol practices our drivers will do the following:
- Sight your I.D at a distance to confirm you are aged 18 years or older.
- Take down your details so you do not need to provide a signature.
- Maintain a safe distance when handing over items or will leave them on the ground where it is safe to do so.
What happens to my order once I click “Submit Payment”?
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is checked by our systems and approved by your bank. This should only take a few minutes.
Once we send the email confirmation, we will start processing your order and get it ready for delivery. This process can take between 3-5 days.
In the event that any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will get in touch with you via email and refund you for those items.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into it.
When will my order arrive?
Our aim is to process all orders received by midday on a business day, on the same day. Delivery can then take between 2-5 business depending on your delivery type and postcode.
All orders are processed out of our Melbourne store, so keep in mind we follow Victorian public holidays.
We’ll send you an email once it’s handed over to couriers with a tracking number so you know when to keep an eye out for it.
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery is just a guideline and might change due to unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control.
You may experience slightly longer delivery times as a result of Victorian COVID-19 restrictions.
Rest assured we will endeavour to get your order delivered to your door as soon as we can.
Under our liquor licence, deliveries will take place within the following times:
Daily Between 10am and 9pm
ANZAC Day Between 12noon and 9pm
No deliveries will take place on Good Friday or Christmas Day.
My order was lost/damaged, what do I do?
While we will take the utmost care in getting your order to you quickly, accidents might occur along the way. In the event that your order never arrives or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team via email@example.com and we'll get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
